“We are happy to announce the partnership that the University of “Nicolae Titulescu” concluded with the organization Centre International de Formation Européenne for organizing, during July 30th – August 6th, 2017, the sequence in Bucharest of the summer programme Romania-Bulgaria, which will take place in French. The theme of the programme will be Europe as a legal community: Migrations and Human Rights. The program will include three sequences which will take place in Bucharest, Slobozia and Silistra (Bulgaria). It will be a wonderful programme and, additionally, there is a possibility to obtain ECTS credits.
